Through the OPEX Gym License Program, CCP coaches are enrolled in a three-month process preparing them for opening day.   • Step 2: Education

    A) OPEX Coaching Certificate Program (CCP)

    The process of becoming an OPEX Gym begins with the OPEX Coaching Certificate Program (CCP). All OPEX Gym owners complete CCP to ensure the quality of service in all OPEX gyms is gold standard. Gym owners need to complete OPEX CCP online theory courses before they can move on to the Business Accelerator Course. Learn more.

    B) Business Accelerator Course

    The OPEX Gyms Accelerator Digital Course is a comprehensive digital course, workbook, and operations manual for running your OPEX Gym. This course is packed with 12 hours of video content that will prepare you for Step 3: OPEX Operational Onboarding.

  • Step 3: Brand Kit & Pre-Launch Checklist

    Once you have completed the Accelerator Digital Course, you will work directly with the OPEX Operations team to ensure you are ready to go with your legal documents, OPEX CCP Final Project, OPEX Gym name, and assets from the OPEX Marketing team.

  • Step 4: Launch Implementation Calls

    Approximately ten weeks out from opening the doors of your OPEX Gym, you will participate in weekly video calls guiding you through the launch of your OPEX Gym. Your ten weeks of small group coaching calls will cover the following:

    Business set up
    Brand asset development
    Marketing support
    Operational support
    Post-CCP coaching education and development
    Ongoing 1:1 mentorship program
